CURRICULUM VITAE
My name is Abdulsamet Ölçek. I am a PhD student in Political Science at Hitit University. I completed my master's degree at the same university, where my thesis examined the effects of the commodification of animals on the food, tourism, and fashion industries. Throughout my academic journey, I have focused particularly on environmental movements and animal welfare issues. I had the opportunity to study at the Lithuania Business University of Applied Sciences through the Erasmus program. I also completed an internship at Zielona Góra University in Poland. Currently, I am continuing my internship at Warmia and Mazury University in Poland while pursuing my doctoral studies at Hitit University. I aim to raise awareness through my academic work. In the future, my greatest ambitions include deepening my academic career, expanding my research to broader fields, and making significant scientific contributions.
